Price Match system is awesome! "All of their customer reps are kind and knowledgeable. Spoke with Aleshia (I hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome! She helped me with an item exchange. No hassle! The one critique I'd have for the website is regarding the item selection. Instead of doing a list view I was strongly urge the developers to consider using a selection method. In other words, if I'm looking for a size medium jacket in blue, I simply click "Medium" or "Blue" and the page would reveal what options are still available. Also stock number would be another plus!" |
