Many didn t carry the wide size option, which the 11 1/2 Wide was right on for the fit. Very satisfied with the quality of the boot, time to break them in." |

Did they have to make the jacket before shipping it? "Sorry, but total time to ship is WAY TOO SLOW, from time to order to actual shipping. If you aren't getting it out the door in 2 days or less from the order date you should not be selling online. Of course, I thought 2 weeks before my trip was plenty of time to get my jacket but it will arrive while I am away...good thing I had it sent to my office or I might have not found it on my doorstep when I got back. Do better. Greg" |
