AMAZING every step of the way. "5 star customer service. I had spent hours looking online trying to locate a Nemo Sonic 0 sleeping bag. I finally resorted to calling Nemo directly, who said that Nemo isn't even stocking them on their own site due to limited availability. However they let me know the bag was being shipped to a few suppliers before Christmas, CampSaver and Moosejaw. I called Moosejaw first and got a perfunctory "keep checking, we don't back order". What a stark delightful contrast when I called CampSaver! A helpful customer service gentleman (his first day on customer service) took the time to find Camp Saver's Nemo rep and confirm that they were getting a shipment with that particular bag. He then took my order over the phone to ensure it would get noted. The next day I received a separate email confirming I would get an update on when the bag was shipped. Wow. I shop from outdoor websites quite a bit and am now a loyal Camp Saver customer." |
