"The website has the usual bells and whistles. Much prefer more details on the items I am looking at--usually I am told by the .com stores that they post the info the manufacturers provide, hence the lack of detailed information. For example, if I am buying clothing, I like to know the length, if it has pockets, etc. If the manufacturer hasn't provided the info, I would like to see the .com add to what is lacking. The other thing that troubles me is the 10% off coupon. In the fine print, it explains it is good only on full-priced items. The display says "on your next purchase." Of course, the company wants to make as much money as possible, but if I am buying something from the already-discounted selections, maybe they could give us a 5% discount instead of no discount, as an incentive."
