both pros and cons with this company "I ordered an osprey backpack on your site...but because the description only had the size of the pack listed down toward the bottom i didnt realize that it was a kids size. Immediately after I ordered it i realized it was a kids size and wanted to canel the order. But because it was after business hours..i was stuck with only an email option. So i wrote the email requesting to cancwl the order, but they shipped it the very next day. Now I'm stuck with paying the return ahipping fwe of $13 to send it back. Although their prices are good...and their shipping is fast the customer service was lacking. I never did gwt a response to my email." |
