"Recently, I purchased a crampon and learned that it did not fit in my hiking boots. I just opened the box, tried it on my boots and then decided to return as it it was not useful for me. When I called for return authorization, a female staff asked me tons of questions and made me wait several times to confer with the return policy of your own to a few different people.... To make a long story short, she gave me a hard time to return an item that was never used outside my room, and then the mail afterwards said there will be a long waiting period to get the money back. At least 10 days after receiving the returned merchandise to process, etc. You guys are really making a simple return very difficult not to speak of made me to pay the return shipping charge. Will I buy another item from Campsaver again? Definitely not!. Even if I paid 10 to 20% more for an item, I will buy items from Amazon or REI. I never had a return problem with them. You've lost a big mouthed customer forever. Would I recommend you to any of my hiking buddies? May be not. No thanks for 10% off coupon."

"I really want these boot and was excited to see they had them, order and paid for them. Almost a week later I received an email saying they could find the boot I ordered in their warehouse, would I want something else. UMMMM no. The refund too several days before it was back in my account. The moral of the shopping experience - Don't trust their website when ordering anything it does not reflect what they really have in stock."
