She was so helpful and I ended up purchasing last years model of the Lowa Renegade GTX in a 12 1\2 wide on sale. My husband really likes the hiking boot and the fit was perfect. He wears a size 12 1\2 medium in Brooks running shoes. I would recommend this company and will purchase from them again." |

I sent CampSaver a message on their website to inquire if they would be willing to refund the difference. I received a nice reply from Lirio at CampSaver the same day, informing me that they would honor my request. Furthermore, the refund was issued the same day as my inquiry.
