"I tried to surprise my wife with an order for a pair of Hoka Clifton 2s (she's running the R-n-R half in Dallas this weekend) but I got the size wrong. "You ordered 7 1/2s, right". *Groan*. You said you wear 7s. "That's for street shoes. I always up-size to 7 1/2 for running shoes." *Groan* again. So I jumped on the computer and fired off an email to CampSaver thinking there's no way I'm going to be able to cancel the order in time because these are last year's model and I'd asked for 2 day shipping and they didn't have 7.5s and after an hour of scouring the web I thought I'd really scored. But the folks (actually, Samantha) at CompSaver were right on top of it! Thanks so much for saving me the hassle of having to return something that I shouldn't have ordered in the first place. Ordered cancelled with a full refund. Much appreciated!"
