"I have bought lots of outdoor equipment from a variety of companies. Sometimes things work out very well; sometimes poorly. It seems that the outcome almost always is a function of the people. Some people simply don't really care once an order has been placed. Other people obviously DO CARE. All of the people with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with at CampSaver really care. "This was a replacement pair, the last pair lasted 6 years. Sturdy construction, easy to don and remove. Had tried several inferior ice grippers with low satisfaction. These are the bomb - the price is well worht the years of use and sure footedness."

"I had a great shopping experience with Campsaver. My order was accurate and delivered quickly. I wish the shorts I ordered would have fit! I usually always wear a size 4 (sometimes a 2, never more than a 6). I ordered the Outdoor Research shorts in both a 4 and a 6 and both were too small. There wasn't a size 8 available, so I sent them all back. That is my only complaint about Campsaver's policy- they withheld like $7.95 from my refund for the return because it wasn't an exchange. It couldn't be an exchange- there was no size available I could exchange for!"

"Clothing is excellent. Process was quick and simple. Sizing wasn't quite right. Options were 3,6,12,18 months etc... I ordered a 12 month and Patagonia sizing was 6-12 months. Not really big deal, but just a heads up."
