Amazing Customer Service "I have been looking for a certain pair of shoes for a few weeks, not only did I find them at campsaver.com they were approximately $55 less expensive. When I placed my order I forgot to enter my coupon code for an additional 10% savings. I emailed Campsaver customer service to see if they could apply the discount after the fact since I had just ordered the shoes. I received an email in response from them first thing the next morning letting me know they were applying the discount and crediting my card the difference. This is above and beyond what many other companies would do, they certainly exceeded my expectations. I will now look at Campsaver first when I need to purchase something they offer." |

Outstanding customer service and quick delivery. "On Jan 8 I ordered two trangia pot lifters. The listed price was $5.91 plus shipping, the total came to $19.77. Had I placed that same order on Amazon without buying $49.00 of "stuff" the price with shipping would have been $24.89 with "standard shipping". I also placed an order for other items from Amazon at the same time. That order has not even shipped yet. The order from Campersaver was in my mail box yesterday, the 12th. Now 4 days from order to delivery, that is service in my book. I also had emailed a question one evening and the next day I had a reply from customer service. I will check Campsaver for anything that I might want in the future." |
