I got the large size. Being down, it is very light, but also crushes down to almost nothing, so I fold it in half. I use it with a non-down camp pillow for comfy sleep.

I was looking for a down pillow that I could put over something firmer. The pillow packs pretty small when compressed and could easily go in a compression sack if you are willing to fluff it up after. Unfortunately it does not really function as they described it would.
