This is a nice sleeping pad but after I recieved it I realized it will be too bulky for backpacking. It is very comfortable and I am sure great for regular camping. I’m keeping it because it was a good price but I will need to hunt down a deflatable Matt.

Tested this pad out on a backpacking trip recently. Kept me warm all night. I haven't really used it for cold conditions yet but I don't see why it wouldn't perform. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This is a very warm and comfortable sleeping pad, but it is definitely too big to be considered a backpacking pad. It would be fantastic for car camping though.

It's a closed cell foam pad; doesn't get much more simple than that. The silver side goes up radiating some heat back toward the user. It's lightweight and straps easily onto my pack.
