Product Info for Trangia Winter Attachment

For use in very cold conditions. Place a small amount of fuel on the pad in the preheating cup, light fuel in preheating cup and then the Spirit Burner. Use the plate to keep the set from sinking into snow. Includes Spirit Burner with pre-heating cup and aluminum plate. Fits 25 and 27 series stoves.image

Very nice quality as usual

I love the idea the bottom disc suit the series 25 & 27 and also serve as a small pan It is so light so I would included in my UL short range setup sometime, food enjoyment is one of the key for causal backpacking trip

Trangia stove winter attachment

I have yet to test it. However, it will solve the problem I have when lighting meths in the cold . The soaked pad will vapourise much more effectively. The cold start to cooking is also solved. All with an absolutely insignificant increase in weight. And finally, I at last have an absolutely magnificent aluminium plate. I know it is a reflector but it is also by far the best...
