Product Info for Voile Backcountry Poles
Voile's new innovative 3-part touring pole with integrated ski/board topsheet scraper mounted to the pole grip. Why should you carry an extra 3 lbs of snow on your nice lighweight ski or board? Use this conveniently located scraper to clean off your ski/board topsheet. Manufactured with heavy-duty nylon so it will take a ton of abuse. Also, use the scraper to pull your climbing wire to the up position. It gets better. Their poles use a push-button system to adjust the size. It is similar to the pop-buttons you find on our avalanche shovels handles. The push-button is a great alternative to problematic internal locking-mechanisms that can freeze and bind-up.
