Walkstool Basic is the economy version of the WalkStool Comfort. The seat is a bit smaller and the feet do not have the large rubber grips like the Comfort. However, the walkstool still maintains the functionality and quality you expect in a walkstool. The Basic packs small and you won't leave without this amazingly convenient and comfortable stool.

This is the Chinese made version of the European product. I bought this version because the European version did not come in the height I want. The seat fabric material by description is not the same as the original and is beginning to unravel where it is joined to the legs on 3 holes with plastic rivets. This Walkstool Basic is a great tripod stool that is easy to setup and take down. I use it for hunting and it fits easily in my backpack and is lightweight. I definitely plan on ordering another.
People all weekend told me how smart I was and that they were going to have one next year. It took us from 3 to 8 to get close to Jack White's stage,the stool was perfect for the breaks in between.

Nice chair that has extending legs and is very sturdy felling. I will be using it on a motorcycle camping trip in 2 weeks so I am interested to see how it works out. ......... ...... ..
The Walkstool Basic uses only two leg positions: fully extended and stowed. There is no fine tuning or separate locking positions. Max length is the same as size differentiation for each option.
