This is the perfect lightweight, wind jacket. It's light, stretchy, has a close fitting hood, and does what it says, no more. It blocks wind and keeps the chill off during aerobic activity, but allows heat to escape really well. It's not close to waterproof, but it will shed light moisture. Super comfortable and stretchy. I use it for a running layer or as a light outer layer for warm backcountry ski tours. I like it so much I own two of them. 6'2" and the large fits great (its a slim fit but roomy enough to layer underneath).
