Wild Country's Ion Screwgate Carabiner is based on the same design as their Neon but simply "scaled-up" to give a bit more space creating a more all-around biner. Yet by only adding 4 grams, there's a minimal penalty for the extra room and the Ion stays in that hyperlight category. Strong, shapely and neat in the hand, its Keylock nose guarantees an easy clip or strip and their high strength thimble provides a bonus safety boost.
