The Savant 58 Pack is Gregory's largest pack in the All Mountain pack line and is ideal for extended trips when you need to carry a little more. It's a great companion to take backpacking, climbing, or traveling around the world. The sturdy wishbone frame lets you carry everything you might need for your outing.

I use the product for weekend trips. I can pack all of my necessities in the bag and go. The bag is comfortable and fits well to my back. I recommend this bag because it is not excessively tall like most packs. This pack is easy to use as a carry on if you fly.

Perfect size and weight for short trips or long U.L. trips. 35-40lbs. max weight for comfort. I wish the hipbelt belt had a little more padding and the hipbelt pockets were not made of mesh. This is a great new model from Gregory. I was able to take it out on a couple of hikes and really liked the way it performed. I especially like the way the top can close with a roll-top style opening for extra water resistance. Only one minor negative with the water bottle pockets... I just bought this backpack this month, but I can already tell that it's going to be a winner. I used my last Gregory backpack for 6 years and it's still in great shape. I went with the Savant because I wanted to travel lighter and have a backpack that was more compact. I love the look and feel of this bag. I think it's a great choice!
