Just took the tent out for the first time. Easy to assemble (by myself). Tent walls stayed tight the entire week. Rained everyday, afternoon showers and tent stayed totally dry inside, even though I had the footprint sticking out slightly in the front (when I took the tent down, small puddles on the footprint, inside the tent was completely dry). I used this tent for a 3 day beach trip, camping on sand. Tent has excellent ventilation with the mesh ceiling and zip mesh windows on each wall. Rain fly covers the top well and still allows the air to flow. Set up for one person was no problem. Tons of room to stand up inside.
Highly recommend this one - excellent (especially considering price paid).
Used this tent Memorial Day week-end. Goes up quick and easy and
very roomy and comfortable inside. No storm, no rain, but looks
like it could stand some wind with guy lines staked out. Nice tent.

This tent seems pretty good. I haven't had a chance to use it properly yet but I have set it up twice. It's super easy to set up and took me roughly 15 minutes by myself on the second go.
