I bought this as a cheap and lightweight backpacking tent that could be used in the winter. It is excellent. Set up is quick, easy, and intuitive. Stayed one in it so far temps around 16 at night good tent.fairly easy to setup besides the poles that go through the vestibule on each side can be a pain.But once it's setup snug it down and enjoy.also I would recommend the footprint

My rating is based on intended use which varies with each individual. I found the aluminum poles to be inadequate for 4 season use. Strong winds or heavy snow are going to wreak havoc with this tent. Great product for below freezing weather sadly only got to test in 25 degree weather so far, but way better then my 3 season tents. Roomy for one with some added features inside, wish they had a specific place for my light, but made due. This tent will function in -40 degree weather. However if extreme wind and snow is experienced you may want to consider a tent that is designed to withstand the most extreme weather.
