I run marathons and ultras. These shoes are some of the best I've ever worn. altra now has a lifetime customer as long as they keep making the Torin. Wouldn't be caught dead in anything else.

Much better than the Instinct 1.5. This is where Altra has finally taken their great ideas and executed it perfectly! The sole has more flex and allows for a smoother, faster, and a more natural foot turnover. Before using these, I was a sole believer in the New Balance Minimus. Great Shoe!

These are my first pair of Altra and zero drop shoes and I am very pleased. They offer a very nice fit and are really comfortable. I enjoy the cushioning during runs on pavement and after a long day of work.
