Extremely lightweight with a decent amount of insulation. Nice long arms. I’m 6’3” 215 and the XL fit well. However I returned this item. I would normally never buy this but jumped at the sale price. Amazingly light and warm. It's so thin will not get in your way for any activity you are doing. Sizing true to size chart. I use for everyday cold weather. Would be unbelievable for climbing and mountaineering.
