Backpacker's Pantry Cheesecake is a New York style cheesecake with graham cracker crumb topping. A truly outstanding backcountry treat!One thing that makes this meal so great is the fact the pouch it comes in is your bowl and, once you're done with your meal, trash recepticle all-in-one. Just add the specified amount boiling water, zip lock it closed, let it stand for the required amount of time, then serve. Once you are done with your meal, clean up is easy. No more dishes, just zip it shut and you're all set.

I came to Campsaver searching for this product. It tastes like homemade. It's consistancy is like real cheesecake, not pretend pudding. The only downside I can find is that it's so good, it may not make it to backpacking! This is my favorite of all the Backpacker's Pantry desserts. It really takes like some homemade cheesecake, wonderful! It's so unlike anything you would expect to be able to have one week into a hike and in the middle of nowhere.

This is a delight! A perfect way to end a day of paddling after supper. Add some of Rose's key lime juice for a "Key Lime" pie taste. A favorite among clients and family!
