This is my favorite of all the Backpacker's Pantry desserts. It really takes like some homemade cheesecake, wonderful!
It's so unlike anything you would expect to be able to have one week into a hike and in the middle of nowhere.

Always a great way to end a great day!
This is a delight! A perfect way to end a day of paddling after supper. Add some of Rose's key lime juice for a "Key Lime" pie taste. A favorite among clients and family!

Yummy, yummy!
I came to Campsaver searching for this product. It tastes like homemade. It's consistancy is like real cheesecake, not pretend pudding. The only downside I can find is that it's so good, it may not make it to backpacking! Oh..and the calorie load..(good if you are using it appropriately while hiking..not so good if you find yourself digging in your gear bag at home!) Nirvana in a bag.
