The popular Rapid pack has been designed to facilitate the specific maneuvers common in ski mountaineering competitions, but this robust 20 liter pack is also an excellent choice for more general ski touring when racing may be the last thing on your mind. The X-Press Tubular Rewind ski carrying system allows skis to be attached and removed without taking off the pack. The velcro pocket near the right hip has been updated with an elastic strap and wider velcro for a more secure closure. This pocket allows for fast access to crampons and other essential without taking off the pack and can be zipped open from the inside to connect for the main compartment. The back panel and shoulder straps have been redesigned for better ergonomics, breath-ability and all day comfort with more padding.
