No hassle! This stuff spread onto my tent seams easily and I had no problems with the sponge applicator. My 2-person tent used about half the bottle to do the rain fly and the interior tent seams at floor level. I left the tent set up in my garage for a couple of days, and the sealer dried completely--not tacky or sticky at all. Best of all, it rained for a few hours on the cam... Read more
Questions & Answers for Chinook Seam Sealer 3 - 2oz
There are a lot of variables to consider like how liberally you apply the product, how thoroughly you seal the tent, and total square footage. Speaking with a rep from Kenyon, I found that you would probably need 12 bottles to cover 19 tents -- 1 tube will generally cover 1 three man tent.
