No hassle! This stuff spread onto my tent seams easily and I had no problems with the sponge applicator. My 2-person tent used about half the bottle to do the rain fly and the interior tent seams at floor level. I left the tent set up in my garage for a couple of days, and the sealer dried completely--not tacky or sticky at all. Best of all, it rained for a few hours on the camping trip and I
