If you use this with a good insulated sleeping pad, you'll be plenty warm in this bag. I pair it with a mat with a 4.9 R-value and I've been warm enough into the upper 20s overnight with just a long-sleeved t-shirt and lightweight pants on (plus a beanie). The fabric is comfy and I like the extra room versus a mummy. It's a bit heavy for backpacking, but the price is right!
