CMI's Rope Washer has a unique flow patter created by CMI's exclusive ducting creates a high-pressure spiraling flow pattern that lifts dirt and contaminants out of rope better than conventional designs. Constructed from tough PVC, attaches to any standard spigot or garden hose. Two sizes handle up to 3/4" rope.
These are great for getting lines clean from algae and salt and dirt. It is a workout though, angling the lines up against the sides of the cleaner. We've only used them at one marina, and we have great water pressure. I could see where water pressure would be critical.
The rope washer doesn't even have as much pressure as my shower head. How is that going to remove dirt? This is a very expensive and tedious method of getting your rope wet.
