I used this tent for the first time when I hiked into Wilson's Promontory National Park. It was truly lightweight and easy to set up and take down. I slept two nights. Love this ultralight after the leadweight I used to carry. Like most hiking tents, this is very small for 2 people, but this weighs less than most one person tents, which I use it for. Plenty of room for me and my gear, with my pack and boots in the vestibule. Easy to put up, with good zips and construction. Keeps me warm, bug-free and the rain out, though yet to strike a downp... This tent is a great idea, and I want to like it, but they botched the design. The 3p has a third pole which pulls the sidewalls at the foot of the tent out. The 2p does not have this third pole, meaning that the sidewalls at the foot collapse in no matter how well you stake it (in fact staking it tighter increases this risk). this permits condensation in the tent to contact sl... Good product at a great price. not so sure about the fly, it doesn't fully cover the tails of the tent. Anyway its not made for a storm. Super impressed with the weight. The ground sheet is too thin so don't bother buying this just use a tarp.
