I hiked Isle Royale for 8 days in May, and decided for next year I wanted a waterproof daypack. So I came home and ordered this pack. Just used it on a summer 20-mile overnighter to try it out. I bought this as an alternative to the tiny Sea to Summit sil nylon folding daypack. The S2S was just too flimsy and had a useless harness. This little pack is in a different league for comfort and carrying capability, and it is also a high quality dry sack for gear inside your pack.
