I ordered this while working in Denali National Park. I started with a closed cell pad but I could still fell the could coming up from the permafrost, so I read a lot of reviews.

If you want a reliable and non-noisy, warm pad, this is it. All pads are prone to some leakage of air over time, so Exped always provides seam patching kits - I haven't "yet" had to use it... although I'm sure I will ultimately. I'm 5'9+, but as a prone stomach sleeper I need a long and wide (LW). The pad feels great.
this seems like a great product, I can lay on it and I feel warmer within a minute and it is very comfortable.Unfortunately, I have yet to try it for winter camping, but it seems like a very promising product.
