Exactly what I was looking for

The Athabasca 24 had the features I was looking for in a mid-sized daypack: raincover, reasonably lightweight, versatile pockets/pouches, a functional waistbelt (that's even removable!) , good quality construction and a great price.

Q Torso size does this pack fit? I have a relatively small torso at 16.5-17 inches. Most daypacks feel too big.
