I purchased these boots for an upcoming trip to the North Cascades. They fit well and aren't overly heavy for the type of trip I'll be on. They should allow for miles of hiking but have the ability to put on crampons when needed. Unfortunately, they are probably not the best boot for backpacking or hikes of local mountains in the Adirondacks where I live unless used as a winter... Read more

This is a terrific looking trekking boot that appears to be well constructed. Unfortunately, the toe box seems a little narrow and consequently the boot feels like it constricts the top of the foot.
