Product Info for Mammut Eisfeld Guide SO Pants - Men's

A jack-of-all-trades for demanding mountaineering adventures from backcountry skiing to ice climbing. The Eisfeld Guide hybrid softshell pants are made with a hybrid blend of technical materials for excellent breathability, flexibility and protection from the elements. Gore-Tex Infinium material and partially taped seams protect you fully from wind and are extra water repellant around the exposed areas, such as the seat, knees and lower legs. The other parts are made of highly breathable and durable softshell double weave fabric. The Eisfeld Guide boasts plenty of extra features as well. Rugged crampon protection, removeable and adjustable gaiters, lots of convenient pockets and well-designed details make the Eisfeld Guide a high-quality, versatile pair of softshell pants for alpine expeditions.

Extremely abrasion-proof and highly elastic soft shell double fabric for durability, freedom of movement and breathability

incredible softshell pants. I wanted a burlier softshell for climbing and skiing. this is the pant. fit is great. the gaiter system in the leg is the best I have seen - can go from ski boots to climbing boots and back with no superfluous material and minimum faff. vents on the outside thighs keep it cool on the ascent. they breath, block wind and precip, and stretch very well. ...

Mammut Eisfeld hiking pants

I used these pants in Alaska on a week long hiking trip. Super convenient to wear. Especially all the small gimmicks were helpful to regulate the air. Def. worth to have 2-3 of these pants in your closet. Additionally, I recommend the Mammut Eisfeld light jacket, to complete your hiking stuff.
