I bought this helmet based on Troy S. review. My head is smaller than what he said (7 3/8) and there is no way it would fit on my head even if I tried to put it on with a jackhammer! My wife and daughter literally laughed at loud with this small helmet sitting on my big head. It's a nice lightweight helmet but no way it would fit on my head and probably most men's heads. Bought the 52-57 cm. I wear a 7-5/8" fitted hat size and this helmet just fits me when I expand it to the largest setting. The band that sits on your forehead seems like it will be less absorbent and more comfortable when I sweat. My prior helmet was a Petzl and the forehead band on that is super absorbent and ends up super soaked.
