Use these shoes almost every day. Really comfy and love the colour. Have had shoes of the same brand before, so know that they are a reliable brand and fit my feet

The Sawtooth Low W's is a C width in the toe box and does have a narrow heal. As for you fitting this shoe based on your description, my guess is that it will be too wide. If you buy NB in narrow width, you have a fairly narrow foot. As for true to size, Oboz is true to size, but not sure about the width working out for you without having you here ...
