This my second pair of Sawtooth light hikers but probably only because I tend to wear one pair of shoes that are to do the work of about five. My first pair I purchased three years ago. I wore them and immediately felt my posture improve.
These shoes were a big step up from my old broken down sneakers shoes. To test them out, I wore them to work, which is a 12 hour plus graveyard shift working
I wear through shoes. I needed light hikers, but I also needed shoes for my job in the health care field. I'm on my feet 12 hours. With these shoes, my knees don't hurt, my legs don't hurt, my energy is that much higher by the end of the shift. I'm 5'9" and 145 lbs. I'm not overweight by any means, but after 12 hours, my feet and legs would still hurt. I run half marathons in the summer time
