Bought the mutant 38 on clearence. Did not realize it was an older version that lacked the current features. Sent 2 emails to customer service trying to cancel the order. Emails were never answered. Got the pack sold it to a friend. I will never buy from Campsaver again because they did not answer my emails to customer service.

This backpack is super comfortable, it honestly feels like I'm carrying nothing when I'm wearing it.
