The Petzl Absorbica Energy Absorber will make your workday a little easier to get through. A Tear webbing energy absorber, the Petzl Absorbica Compact Absorber is used in combination with a JANE lanyard to set up an energy-absorbing lanyard with a maximum length of two meters. The ends on the Petzl Absorbica Lightweight Energy Absorber is equipped with STRING to hold the connector in position and protect the webbing from abrasion.

• Designed to be used in combination with a JANE-I or JANE-Y lanyard to make a fall-arrest lanyard with a maximum length of two meters
• Absorbs energy in the event of a fall:- Progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing limits the impact force on the user- Works with users who weigh between 60 and 140 kg
• Minimal bulk: very compact design doesnt hinder the user during progression
• Durable fabric pouch with a simple opening system protects the energy absorber from abrasion or contaminants while allowing for regular inspection of the absorber
• Two options for installation on the harness, depending on use:- Frequent connection/disconnection: using either a carabiner held in the correct position by the STRING accessory (included with the absorber), or a MICRO SWIVEL to avoid tangling- Semi-permanent connection: using either a RING OPEN gated ring whose circular shape allows optimal positioning, or a SWIVEL OPEN to avoid tangling
