The clearance model(as of March 2017) is the 2016 non-HV version. The non-clearance is the HV version, which is the 2017 model. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

What is the fast fly setup that's available? (Since fly is included)

Fast fly is if you have the footprint in addition to the tent(which is the canopy, poles, stakes, guy-lines, and fly), in a configuration that uses the poles, fly, and footprint to make a bare-minimum shelter. Hi, Does this tent come with a cover so that is isn't see through?

Hello Brooke. It does indeed. The image that comes up is just the mesh canopy, which can be used by itself. However, it comes with a rain fly that goes most of the way to the ground, which will allow for more privacy.

Is the floor cloth usable with the tent body or just with the fly? How are the tent poles attached to the tent body? Is it a snap in clip or a grommet? How is the ground cloth attached to the poles? Thanks

Thank you for your question. The floor cloth, if you mean the footprint, can be used with just the fly. It can be used with the tent as well. And it can be used with both at the same time. The poles go into the fly/tent body by grommet. The tent attaches to the poles through composite clips periodically. Hope that helps!
