Between 5'5" and 5'11" 120 cm long poles are advised, while 6'0"+ call for 130 cm poles. Ultimately, the heights vary between individuals; in order to be sure of the right fit, make sure the handles come up to about wait level.

If you look at the third picture for the product it shows a sizing chart for this item. a rough estimate would be 125-130 cm, but for a more precise one you can measure from your arm down to the floor (with your arm bent like in the picture) and get an actual length.
