Granite Gear usually sends these to us in a blue, but we do not have color options available.

The only hole in it would be where the bungee cord comes out and goes into the pop lock. This should be obvious to the user, unless one slipped off the production line without the bungee cord installed, or the pop lock somehow came off and the bungee cord retracted through the hole in the hypalon grommet. If you believe your pack fly is defective please give us a call.
