With it having just one main compartment, how hard is to pack a sleeping bag and tent?

It depends on the size of your tent and sleeping bag, but 58 Liters is a great size for multi-day backpacking

This pack has strap and hip belt size options at the manufacturers site. What are the size specs for the pack from your site? Can I specifically request these?

The Pack comes with Medium Hipbelt and shoulder straps. Unfortunately the feature that allows customization on our site isn't working right now, but you can call our customer service department and they can get different sizes of belt and straps on your order for no extra charge. 1-877-883-6276. Sorry for any inconvenience.
