Do these boots run true to size?

The sizes shown are limited. Any additional sizes available? I am looking for a size 13.

Thank you for your inquiry. I have ordered more sizes for the Alaska GTX, since they ship from Europe it usually takes 2-3 weeks for us to get our shipment. If you would like to reserve the size 13 please contact our customer service at 877-883-6276 M-F 9:00am-5:00pm Mountain Standard Time and they can set up the special order for you.

Tomorrow is the last day of the Hanwag sale, if you set up a special order to reserve the size you need before then I've instructed our customer service to honor the sale price of 20% off for you. Please mention to them that Scott authorized the discount and they will take care of that for you.

I see that the price has gone up since yesterday. However, next to the picture it still says that they are on sale. Also, under the "What do customers ultimately buy after view this item?" it lists the boots at $263.96, but when clicked on, the price jumps up to $329.95. What is the right price?
