Will this pack fit carry-on compartments on airlines?

The size of this bag is 22"x16"x11". Carry on bag sizes varies by airline, but the more restrictive airlines limit carry on to 22"x14"x9". If you don't completely fill the bag and leave room to squish it down then it will fit carry-on restrictions of most airlines.
