As an ultra-light piece, this pad is designed to accommodate the torso only. As such, the length is 41 inches long. At 62 inches tall, your legs will extend beyond the pad. Width-wise you should be just fine.

Yes the Inertia X-Lite Sleeping Pad is excellent choice to be used by a 5'2" petite female.
