As an ultra-light piece, this pad is designed to accommodate the torso only. As such, the length is 41 inches long. At 62 inches tall, your legs will extend beyond the pad. Width-wise you should be just fine.

The cut-outs are voids. This pad is a torso length pad, so the bottom of what you are seeing would be for your hips. This is meant for back sleeping. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
