Kuhl liberator convertible inseam 36, is that a large?

All sizes available are listed under the drop down tab. We do not have either of those colors in stock in that size, however, we should be receiving more toward the end of the month.

These pants have a regular fit. I am not sure what you are asking as for the bottom of the pant.
Inseam:
30=Short
32=Regular
34=Long
Waist is whatever your measurement is around the waist. Thanks!

Would you say these are true to size. One review said they tend to be small in waist.

I don't know how true they are to the sizes you are used to, but according to their size chart, for waist measurements a S is 28-30, M is 31-33, L is 34-35, XL is 37-39, and XXL is 40-42.
