what is the sleeve length (in inches) on the Mens Medium and Large sizes?

The sleeve lengths on the Featherlite Down Jacket measure 28 inches on the Medium and 29 inches on the Large. The measurement is from the seam on the shoulder to the cuff.

Just to be clear, this jacket does use duck down. I ordered this from CS and the garment tag does say duck down. The specs are not correct. I was hoping they did use goose down.
